Terms and Condition
Minimum Stays and Rental Rates
We have minimum stay requirement for villa rental of 3
nights for low season, 5 nights for high season and 7-10
nights for peak season – depend on villa policy. We might
agree to a shorter stay on a case by case basis. Rental
rates also vary according to the season, rental rates are
subject to change without notice.
Down Payment
- 50% Deposit of the net total rental amount will be payable
after the written booking confirmation has been received.
The remain balance is settled based on Villa policy.
- Deposit can be paid by credit card (required a signed
credit card authorisation, photo copy passport card holder
for identification purposes and copy of both side of the
credit card; and 3% bank charge).
- Deposit payment is also possible by bank transfer (pay in
full with the bank transfer fee). It is mandatory that a
copy of Bank Transfer be faxed to us upon transfer, in order
to confirm the booking immediately. This also expedites your
reservation before the villa is booked by another renter.
Payment
Rental fees are quoted in US$ or Rupiah, Traveler’s Checks,
or personal foreign checks are not accepted for the deposit
or remaining payment of the rental fee. We accept US$ or
local currency (Rupiah), Visa and Master card only for the
rental payment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of booking at any time will result in
forfeiture of your 50% deposit. Cancellation policy of each
villa may vary. Refunds of rental whether in whole or
pro-rata, will be subject to deduction of a 15% cancellation fee.
Insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel
insurance at the time of booking, to protect you and all
those accompanying you for the full time of your visit
against illness, incl. evacuation, injury, death, loss of
baggage and personal items, cancellation and other travel
contingencies.
Responsibility
Please be advised that we are not responsible for any loss
or damage to personal equipment and property during your
stay at the villa, or during your participation in any
activities during your visit to Bali . We will not accept
responsibility for any delay, additional expense or
inconvenience which maybe caused directly or indirectly by
events outside of our control such as late arrival of
International flights, civil disturbances, fire, floods,
unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government,
or the failure of any machinery or equipment.
Services
We offer services such as complimentary 1 x airport pick and
or return. Charges for additional airport transport is US$15
per pick-up. We provide a “welcome packet” for arriving
guests with general information recommended restaurants,
tour package and island activities. We can arrange a car and
driver with a car rental company (a valid International
Driving Licinces is required), in advance, for guests. We
can arrange, at an additional fee, baby-sitter, TV and VCR
rental and professional masseur.
Passport Information
All members traveling to Indonesia must have valid passports
that are not LESS than 6 months prior to expiration.
Indonesian Immigration will not accept entry to individuals
with passports less than 6 months prior to expiration. Once
guests arrive to the villa, a staff member of the villa is
required to register all guests with the actual passport.
This process takes about 1 hour.
